The room was en suite with comfy beds and wonderful bathroom.

The room was unique and airy with lovely views of the ocean and town. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the center of town as well as a castle. We had lunch at nearby Galapagonia Sushi Bar, tried their fast food options;))

the rooms are fully-equipped with climate control and multi-channel tv. the breakfast is fresh, i liked it. all in all they offer personalized service.

During our stay at an oasis in Santa Cruz, my family and I were amazed by the castle-like structure of the property. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the Charles Darwin Research Station and the town center, yet peaceful and quiet. The hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our experience even better. The breakfasts served were delicious and made to order. I highly recommend this unique and charming bed and breakfast.

I loved the spacious and artsy terraces, where I could enjoy breakfast and watch the birds. The location was perfect as it was away from the noisy port area but still close to the park. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, they even arranged amazing tours for me with local guides. The hotel was clean and well-maintained.

A wonderful place to spend New Year's Eve! the breakfast offered plenty of options, and it was great to share the space with the local birds. the location was great, close to all the main attractions and well serviced by taxis. Loved the unique outdoor shower and the option to just relax on the sun deck.

it would have been helpful to have somewhere to hang wet clothing, as we spent most of our days at the beach or in the water.

The hotel is located adjacent to the national park and is away from the more noisy and hectic port area. The beautiful view of the park and town from the large patio is great. The property is designed to look like a fortress, and some rooms have unique features such as spiral staircases and kitchen areas. Facilities, like the refreshing swimming pool and the darts court, are a great plus.

One of the showers needs cleaning due to the narrow, needle-like stream, which is not comfortable.

Amazing views from the room and surrounding areas, plus the fresh fruit served in breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect for a romantic escape and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The room was not up to our expectations as it was smaller than we thought it would be, the bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning was not working properly. The noise level was pretty high and we could hear everything from outside the room which made it difficult to relax.
